At DINT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium fashion purchase. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 14 days of delivery provided they are in original condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Log into your DINT account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
